Cancellation Policy
POLICY UPDATE
You may cancel your appointment at no charge up until 24 hours before your scheduled services.
Appointments canceled within the 24 hour window will result in an automatic 100% fee
If you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment and haven't texted Cassandra at 541-515-1375, your appointment will automatically be canceled and a 100% fee will be charged to the card on file.
